The official inauguration ceremony of the Shakti Training and Research Center, located in Savar, was held on April 13. Professor Dr. Mohammad Helal Uddin, Executive Vice Chairman of the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA), graced the event chief guest. Dr. Humaira Islam, PhD, Founder and Executive Director of Shakti Foundation, along with Deputy Executive Director Imran Ahmed and other senior officials of the organization were also present at the ceremony. Following his inaugural address, the chief guest toured various sections of the center. He praised the center’s modern infrastructure and well-organized management. He also delivered an inspiring speech to the participants of the ongoing training programs. As part of the day’s event, he planted a mango sapling in the center’s garden.
This initiative by Shakti Foundation is expected to make a significant contribution to workforce development and enhancement of employee skills.
