Shakti Foundation continues to work tirelessly to improve the lives of marginalized communities by creating opportunities for sustainable livelihoods. As part of this commitment, Shakti Foundation has partnered with Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC to implement a specialized caregiving training project. On 2 August 2026, Shakti Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Caregiving Institute Bangladesh (CIB) to launch this initiative. Through this collaboration, disadvantaged women and men will receive professional caregiving training, equipping them with the knowledge and practical skills needed to build meaningful careers. Skill development goes beyond creating employment opportunities, it empowers individuals with confidence, self-reliance, and the ability to build a dignified future. This partnership marks another significant step toward advocating inclusive growth and creating lasting opportunities for those who need them most.
