Shakti Foundation successfully concluded its Area Supervisor Conference (ASConference) 2026, bringing together area supervisors for three days of learning, collaboration, experience sharing and celebration at Bay Watch, Cox’s Bazar.
The three-day conference featured meaningful discussions, knowledge and experience-sharing sessions, engaging team-building activities, recreation, and opportunities for colleagues to connect beyond their regular work environment. The event created a platform for Area Supervisors to exchange ideas, strengthen teamwork, and reflect on their leadership roles in driving Shakti Foundation’s mission forward. Beyond the formal sessions, the conference was also filled with laughter and memorable moments, reinforcing the importance of working together as one team.
