To celebrate Bangladesh's Victory Day, Shakti Foundation commenced a winter cloths drive for the old and disadvantaged. 58 senior citizens (men and women) living at Barisal's old age rehabilitation center, as well as, 87 special needs students from a local school received warm cloths from Shakti Foundation. The students also participated in a cultural program to commemorate the special occasion.
