Shakti Foundation has entered into a strategic partnership with the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) to implement a project supporting rural service providers and small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The Partnership Project Agreement was formally signed on 8 February at Shakti Foundation’s Head Office, in the presence of senior officials and representatives from both institutions. Under this collaboration, the two organizations will co-develop and pilot an innovative asset-based financing product designed to expand access to productive assets for rural service providers and strengthen inclusive agri-market systems across Bangladesh. This project focuses on enhancing agricultural productivity through the modernization of rural farming systems. Through partnerships like this, Shakti Foundation continues to leverage its network to expand and strengthen services for rural communities.
